Complete physical training with weights, dumbbells and specialized equipment, combining the functional movements of bodybuilding/weightlifting and gymnastics and the cardiovascular system, with the aim of developing and strengthening all parts of the body and the physical skills of the participants: strength, power, speed, balance, coordination, flexibility, endurance, agility and cardio. Specialized training program in cross-training and weightlifting at Nicolas-Gatineau high school since 2018, for athletesfrom grade 6 to secondary 5, who want to push their training to a more advanced level and learn to compete.
Athletes do their academic classes at the school in the morning, followed by lunch, followed by a period of study and followed by bus transportation to the Beaudoin Training Centre, for their supervision and sports training, 3 hours a day, Monday to Friday.
