Our group classes are taught in our gym, by dynamic, professional and certified trainers and are intended for women and men 16 years of age and older.
We have classes adapted to all levels of participants, whether beginner, intermediate or advanced, with different levels of intensity varying from low, to medium, to high. Some classes are more cardiovascular, some more muscular, while others are a combination of both systems.

General functional training is built around military values such as discipline, commitment, surpassing oneself and esprit de corps. In a team atmosphere, you try to complete a series of exercises in a given time. The workout is made up of a mix of cardiovascular and muscular exercises.

This course is accessible to everyone. No experience is required. The Barre is inspired by Ballet, it strengthens and defines the legs, works the posture and muscle strength of the body with light weights.

Station training, in the form of intervals, which combines strength and cardiovascular exercises. Each participant is called upon to work his or her whole body in each training session and the movements can be adapted to different types of physical condition.

Training that uses resistance bands to engage all muscle groups. Elastic bands will allow you to obtain muscle strengthening while limiting the risk of injury, due to the variable resistance offered. This workout will allow you to perform strength training, cardio and core exercises.

Muscle strengthening classes targeting the abdominals and gluteal muscles. Participants work hard by doing several repetitions for exercises that take place mostly on the floor.

Training that uses a small barbell, weights and targets all parts of the body. This guided class will challenge your muscular and cardiovascular endurance. It’s the perfect workout to refine, tone, and sculpt your body.

Fitness classes focused on functional movements and bodyweight movements. Recruitment of all muscles and various energy systems. A happy mix of movement (cardio) and strength training movements using various equipment. Often outside, bring appropriate clothing.

4 stations, 4 shifts, 7 minutes of work and 3 minutes of rest between each station. Whether indoors or outdoors, the intensity is always there and we discover a new course at every class.

A course where you force yourself! No matter the weight, the work is always at its maximum. We work on different movements in different series. Excellent for counteracting muscle loss.

Cardiovascular training where the participant must do combinations of Kick-Boxing movements to work the upper and lower body. The set of movements can be adapted for all physical conditions, especially by eliminating jumps.

This class is a fusion of two styles of Yoga. “Flow” yoga which is characterized by sequences of postures where one passes from one to the other, using breathing and Hatha Yoga which is essentially focused on postures that are held longer than flow. In this course we work on breathing, relaxation and meditation techniques.

Workout focused on bodyweight-only exercises, requiring no specialized equipment. Wide variety of exercises that can also be repeated at home in order to better understand training concepts and increase your personal workload.

Workout derived from Tabata by keeping the same concept of 20 seconds of training and 10 seconds of recovery, but alternating four or five exercises that work on cardio and muscle. The goal is to go up and down the pyramid of exercises by following the rhythm with alternatives according to the difficulties.

Targeted training to develop and strengthen the abdominal and lumbar chain of the back with the aim of improving posture, eliminating lower back pain and avoiding back injuries.
